🚨 Stop Racking Your Squat Like This 🚨
Way too many lifters (and even some coaches) overlook this simple but important detail:
👉 The set isn’t over until the bar is racked safely.
❌Here’s what not to do:
👎 Racking the bar one side at a time. This throws your spine into a vulnerable position and jacks up your risk for back injuries.
✅Here’s what to do:
👍 After your last rep, walk straight into the rack with control. Once you hear or feel the bar hit both hooks, then squat it down into place.
This small change can help prevent a big injury.
