Welcome to Day 4 of 6 in my elite athlete golf training series—built to help you develop golf swing speed, distance, and durability.
Today’s focus is overhead power, agility, and anti-rotation strength so you can swing harder, stay stable through impact, and hold up under pressure.
Day 4 Workout (sets/reps/time):
Overhead Press: Jim Wendler 5/3/1 (use the calculator linked below as your reference)
KB Split Jerk: 2×5 per side
Agility Block:
Ladder In-Out: 2×15s
5-10-5 Shuttle: 2 sets
Skater Jumps: 2×8
Band Pallof Press: 3×10 per side
