Here is our final walkthrough video, completion is finally done, was 8 months from breaking ground, it could have been finished about 2 months quicker, but there was a few delays, and I did several things myself while still working full time.
We are very pleased with the results, and all of our (wife’s) personal touches, feel free to comment or message with any questions on this build, or the process. I’ll be glad to answer anything I can.
I will say if building or having built, check everything yourself, I wasn’t very impressed with most of the inspectors, many things passed their inspection but didn’t pass mine, I made the contractors fix what the inspector didn’t.
