Mahindra Thar has been on Indian roads (and off-roads) for nearly 10 years and Mahindra Thar 2020 combines the off-road capabilities with the comfort and convenience of modern day SUVs.

Mahindra Thar 2020 has two engine options - 2.0-litre mStallion TGDi petrol engine and a 2.2-litre mHawk diesel engine, with option of six-speed torque converter automatic transmission and a six-speed manual transmission

Mahindra Thar 2020 will have multiple roof options - Hard Top, Soft Top and - for the first time - a Convertible Top.

Mahindra Thar 2020 also has a seven-inch 'drizzle-resistant' infotainment screen which is compatible with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. This screen will also display 'adventure statistics.'

The rear seats of Mahindra Thar 2020 are now forward facing, speakers are mounted on the top. Mahindra Thar 2020 upholstery is now completely washable- which is ideal for off-roading. The sculpted bucket seats of Mahindra Thar 2020 will also offer great comfort regardless of any terrain.

Mahindra Thar 2020 retains some elements of the older Thar such as front grille and gets cruise control, ABS with EBD, dual airbags, hill-hold and hill descent control, and ESP with rollover mitigation.

Mahindra Thar 2020 will be available in six colour options - Red Rage, Mystic Copper, Napoli Black, Aquamarine, Galaxy Grey and Rocky Beige.
