The Boom Beach Tribal Update is here and now we need to figure out what to do with it. A quick video to discuss the Raw Crystals, Tribal Regions and my plans of how to best use them.
Radar Level 20 was quoted as a requirement but HQ18 definitely gets to play along with this update. Pretty stoked.
The ability to use the tribes to clear NPC bases was super attractive at first, then I realized you get reduced rewards, power stone chance doesn't apply and you can only get Fragments. No more Shards or Crystals. Ouch!
Let me know if you're doing anything interesting, if you've found any bugs and/or what your take is on this whole update.
No discussion into Dr. Kavan's abilities or passives (besides pointing out bugs) at this time. We'll get into Crystal Critters, Second Wind and Ice Shield at another time!
