Описание: The fire extinguishers are life saving and mandatory to be carry on board on Aircraft.
The fire extinguishers we used in Aircraft are pre checked before every flight to ensure that it is within operational limit and will help during emergency situation.
We use both fixed and portable types of fire extinguishers based on purpose and area to be served.
For cabin we used portable extinguishers while for critical area where crew cannot reach out to extinguish fire we use Fixed type.
And in particular we use Halon Gas in such extinguishers, Did Anyone know why ?
