Dissidia 012 [duodecim] : Final Fantasy normally runs at 30 FPS, but using a particular cheat code, it's possible to run it à 60 FPS instead!
Here is a quick example of how the game can run smoothly in 60 FPS with an anthology fight: Cloud vs Sephiroth.
I've used the Windows version of PPSSPP emulator: http://www.ppsspp.org/
There is an Android version of this emulator, and it works pretty good if you have a powerful enough device.
