This Video is about Those important Steps which Help to Boost Chicken Eggs Production by Dr. ARSHAD.
Either Hens Not Laying or Eggs Production percentage is very low, both are cause of Worry for Chicken Owners. To Help improve Poultry Eggs Production Either for Backyard Chickens or Commercial Layers, This Content will Provide Complete information.
Here are Most common Peculiarities of an Egg Laying Hen :
01= Vent of an Egg Laying Hen Must be Almost One Inch Wide, Moist, Clear and Pinkish.
02= Pubic Bones must be Two Fingers Apart as Shown in the Video.
03= Distance Between Hen Keel Bone and Vent Must be 03 Fingers Apart.
04= Comb Must be Bright.
Above mentioned Characteristics are of a Good Egg Laying Chicken.
Remember, Hen Body Weight must be Above 1100 grams ( Although may be Different Criteria for Different Chicken Breeds especially Fancy Hens ). Common Mistake is to Offer Laying Ration to Those Hens which are Not even Closer to Target Body Weight. First, Let the Chicken Develop Skeleton and All Body Organs ( Systems ) completely, Especially Reproductive Organs ( Ovary and Oviduct ), Before Starting Laying Ration. Common Mistake of Less Eggs Production is Poor Uniformity among the Flock. Examine your Chickens Daily, isolate the Weak Hens, Treat ( increase Weight ) and Enjoy the Maximum Eggs Production. Or, Take Sample Body Weight of Chickens, Find out that Average Body Weight and Uniformity. Do Grade the Chickens and Readjust Poultry Feeding Schedule to Uniform the Hens.
Pullets Require feed with 17-18 % Protein to Develop Properly and Gain Weight Quickly. Adult Hens Need 16 % Protein in their Feed to Lay Maximum Eggs and achieve Peak Production for Longer Period while Old Chickens need 20 % Protein in the Feed to Provide Eggs and Maintain Immunity.
A Complete Balanced Poultry Feed Contains required Protein, Vitamins, Minerals, Energy, Trace Elements and all other Necessary Nutrients to Meet the Needs of Laying Flock. If You offer Home made Chicken Feed, You Must Fulfill the Energy Requirements.
Using Maggots, Insects, Larvae, Fruits, Vegetables and other Home ingredients are enough to Fulfill Energy Requirements for Chickens but not for Optimum Egg Production.
To Reduce Poultry Feed Cost, you can Use Three Parts of Balance diet and One Part Kitchen Scrape, Bread, Fruits Vegetables or Insects. Otherwise You need to Formulate a Quality Chicken Feed at Home.
Keep Nest Material at Dark Corner or Place Nest Boxes where Light is Dim. Moreover, Here are Few Important Steps for Maximum Eggs Production:

Details of above mentioned parameters are in the Video for Better Visual understanding.

This Video is about Improving Chicken Eggs Production & Poultry Eggs Shell Quality by Dr. Arshad. I will also Explain why Chicken Egg Size Decreases or Chicken Lays Small Eggs along with Chicken Shell less Eggs & Hen Eating her Own Egg. Lack of Calcium & Stresses like Molting, Predators, Hypothermia, Any Change in Flock are the Major reasons for Shell less Eggs.
An adult laying hen (over the age of 18 weeks) needs between 4-5g of calcium per day, but she also needs an adequate supply of other elements to make eggshells. These include phosphorous, zinc, magnesium, manganese, vitamin D3.
We Can use Anyone of These For Better Chicken Egg Shell Quality & to Strengthen Chicken Bones as Well.
Eggshells
Oyster Shell
Calcium Carbonate
Soluble Grit
Limestone
Chips
Ground Flour
Fish
Bread
Gree Leafy vegetables
