For this list, we judged a Fast Mover to be:

We rank each eligible unit based on:

Efficiency & Scalability – How much value the unit provides per point — consistent output across multiple turns or copies.

Synergy & Command Integration – How its mobility interacts with command cards, upgrades, or list support, and whether it functions independently.

Role Purity – How much of its design is truly mobility-driven versus serving another role (gunline, support, or melee anchor).
