4 Different Ways to do the Aerial Silk Slack Drop

Описание: 4 Different Ways to do the Aerial Silk Slack Drop:
1. Bent Knee Thigh Wrap Slack Drop
2. Lotus Slack Drop
3. Straight Leg Slack Drop
4. No Hand Slack Drop


IMPORTANT NOTE ON DROPS: I have a 13ft. Ceiling so I cannot pull a lot of slack, when you are higher you can pull more slack to drop further. I would suggest only pulling a little slack and add a little more as you go, it all depends on the heighth of the ceiling. ALWAYS have someone there to spot you when trying out new drops. NEVER GO FULL OUT until you are absolutely sure you have the right choreography into the drop, when doing a new drop I always grab onto the silk and slowly come through holding on to the silk to see how the drop is going to unfold, also to see if I wrapped the silk right, and I'm high enough not to hit the floor.
