The Deaf Community has always been suppressed and oppressed due to the non sensitive hearing world. There have been a handful of Deaf individuals who have taken the lead to change themselves and uplift the community.
This interview is a series of sections depicting the challenges achievements faced by Rajesh Ketkar a Leader of the Deaf Community.
Sign Library (Digital Sign Language Lab Project) is an initiative by Haryana Welfare Society for Persons with Speech and Hearing Impairment. (http://www.hwspshi.org) to make educational content accessible in Indian Sign Language(ISL) for Deaf learners.
