Описание: In this presentation Prof Spours suggests that it is important to bring the ways in which people 'live' into the leaning and work relationship. A critique of 'elite entrepreneurial ecosystems', in Fintech areas such as Silicon Valley and the City of London and their population displacement effects, has led to the concept of an inclusive social ecosystem model (SEM). Inclusive social ecosystems are conceptualized as urban spaces in which local civic and social alliances attempt to relate working, living and learning in an inclusive and sustainable way. Theoretically, the SEM constitutes an extension of the skills ecosystem approach pioneered by David Finegold (1999) and John Buchanan and Colleagues (2017)
