Super Cyclonic Storm Fani was a powerful and catastrophic tropical cyclone that caused widespread damage in Eastern India, specifically in North Andhra, Odisha, and West Bengal, on early May 2019. It was the strongest tropical cyclone to form in premonsoon season since 1991 Bangladesh Cyclone.
