Today I did an intense Calisthenics workout 💪🔥
First I started with a good warm up, then I trained Muscle Ups to build more strength and explosive power.
After that I worked on my Planche Preparation, focusing on control, balance and core strength.
At the end I finished with Handstand Preparation, improving my stability and shoulder strength.
This workout was hard but I never gave up 💯
Try hard, stay focused, and everything will be ok!
