People ask about cooking on the coal scoop all of the time. I've not really done it much, so I figured for the first time on the channel we'd do something a little extra. I am making my homemade pizza, which is a mix of @aragusea , @samthecookingguy , and @bingingwithbabish recipes on the coal scoop of the Denver and Rio Grande Western 491, a steam locomotive built in 1928 by that same railroad.
The 491 runs at the @coloradorailroadmuseum for numerous events, come out and see us!
