INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup unsalted butter (113 gr)
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar (65 gr)
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup cake flour (125 gr)
1/4 cup cornstarch (30 gr)
1 tbsp matcha powder
1/2 tsp salt

If the dough is too thick, you can adjust it by adding 1 tsp milk until it is creamy enough to pipe.

1/2 cangkir gula halus (65 gr)
1 kuning telur
1/2 sdt ekstrak vanila
1 cangkir tepung protein rendah (125 gr)
1/4 cangkir tepung maizena (30 gr)
1 sdm bubuk matcha
1/2 sdt garam

Apabila adonan apabila adonan terlalu keras untuk disemprit, bisa tambahkan 1 sdt susu cair atau lebih sampai mencapai konsistensi yang diinginkan.
