Las Setas de Sevilla, also known as the Metropol Parasol, is a large, contemporary architectural marvel located in the heart of Seville, Spain. Designed by architect Jürgen Mayer, it is one of the most distinctive and modern landmarks in the city.

Completed in 2011, the structure is primarily made of wood and consists of six large parasols that resemble giant mushrooms, hence the nickname "Las Setas," which means "the mushrooms" in Spanish. These parasols are interconnected, forming a unique and visually striking canopy that provides shade and shelter to the plaza below.

Las Setas is a multi-functional space that houses a variety of attractions. The underground level features the Antiquarium, an archaeological museum showcasing Roman and Moorish ruins discovered during the construction of the structure. On the ground level, there is a traditional market, shops, and restaurants, offering visitors a taste of local life and cuisine.

Ascending to the upper levels, visitors can access a panoramic viewing platform that offers breathtaking views of Seville's skyline and historic landmarks. The rooftop also hosts events and performances, making it a vibrant cultural hub.
