We try some special dry Pho Kho Gia Lai in Pleiku Vietnam. The first time trying this dish. It is basically a dry two bowl version of Pho with the broth and the noodles being served separate.
I have been looking forward to try this famous dish it was my first time trying it, so I had to try it in Pleiku Gia Lai district of Vietnam, because this is where the dish originated. This dish definitely did not disappoint , I have had Pho many times but never have I tried it in this 2 bowl version and I am very impressed. Would definitely recommend this to anyone going to Gia Lai looking for a delicious twist on Pho, the address is posted below.
