Today was the first day that felt like autumn. I love cloudy days, summers are so long here. Slow mornings like this with a cup of coffee are so relaxing.
For relaxing days like this, having some more time you can make your own pasta. It's easy and worth the effort. You can't compare that to storebought simple pasta. Today i'm making mine with cheese & pepper. In Italy they call it Cacio e Pepe, but i didn' want to be specific! The sauce is really simple and takes almost no time to make! 🍝
