Описание: There is too much acid in the Wine. You can say, “The wine has too much fruit acid or sour taste.” Sour or off smell, that is another indication that the fruit is not good or fruit was too tart.

Cause: If the fermented jar lid is not cover tight and continues oxygen going inside causing oxidise… Bacteria naturally produce and sugar converted in acetic acid and giving vinegar taste.

Solution: Before making wine first cut a piece of fruit and taste whether it is good or not.
Most important note… “Use the fruit in Wine within 2 days of buying.”
This Sour taste will be reducing after degassing the wine.
If it is not reduce then add Potassium Bicarbonate a pinch in 1 litre of wine and keep it for 1 week.
Afterward do the SWEETENING BACK PROCESS.
