➡️ Ingredients
🔶 Preheat the oven at 165°C

🔶 Black Sesame Swiss Roll Cake
6 eggs – separated
1 ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
90 g granulated white sugar – divided into 45g and 45g
60 ml milk
45 ml vegetable oil
6 tbsp black sesame powder – sifted
45 g all-purpose flour – sifted
45 g cornstarch – sifted
¼ tsp cream of tartar

🔶 Whipped Cream Filling
1 ½ cup double cream – 35% fat
94 g powdered sugar – sifted
1 ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
¼ tsp sea salt

🔶 Decoration (optional)
some whipped cream filling
some black sesame seeds for garnish
piping tip | open star tip with deep teeth – 1cm in diameter
