Countdown/up Timer After Effects Tutorial (with expressions) ANY LENGTH

Описание: Learn how to make a countdown or count-up timer for your next video, livestream or whatever. I couldn't find a short tutorial anywhere so here it is.

Steps:
Make a Text Layer and put "00:00"
Then add Slider Control
