Описание:
Muliblade slicer with linear moving blades or static blades.
Chicken fillet will be placed in a mould, the blades slice the chicken fillet into medallions, the chicken will keep its natural shape.
After slicing a tray will be placed on the moulds, it will be flipped around and the fillet drops into the tray, ready for sealing.
or
the fillet drops in a tray (salat) under the machine.
