How to make a small plasma cutter using household items.
This is a safe, inexpensive project you can use in your homeschooling sessions.
This plasma cutter is a 1.5 out of 5 on the difficulty scale.
Caution, electricity is involved. While there is no real electrical dangers, some surfaces may become slightly hot to the touch. Always do these projects with an adult, they will probably have fun!
Materials:
4 9v batteries
4 Alligator clips and wire
Graphite rods from mechanical pencil
Aluminum foil
