Pour 50 gms curd, 40 gms oil, 4cup (600ml) water into this mix and knead to a soft paste.
Keep this paste aside for 10 minutes.
Heat 50 gms of oil and add mustard, Jeera, Sesame, Dry red Chilli, Bay leaf (Tamal patra) into it and prepare a seasoning mix.
Add the paste into the seasoning mix and keep it on a low flame for 15 minutes Cover the with an inverted hollow dish. Repeat the process for another 10 minutes by turning the mix upside down.
"Handwa (Spicy Cake)" is now ready to serve hot.
