Описание: Heart attacks in young adults are no longer a rare event. Many people experience serious heart issues with “normal reports,” because the real causes are inflammation, metabolic stress and ignored habits. These 6 habits help protect your heart and slow down vascular aging years before symptoms appear.

1️⃣ Track the Right Labs: ApoB, Lp(a), hs-CRP and HOMA-IR.
50% of heart attack patients have normal LDL, so LDL alone is not enough.

2️⃣ Control Hidden Inflammation: Plaque doesn’t develop only because of fat, but because of inflammation. Avoid ultra-processed food, smoking/vaping, alcohol, chronic stress and late nights.
