Should You Freeze Your Coffee? The First Step

Описание: The Freeze Your Coffee Debate Continues!

In this video, Jay cups and creates tasting notes and a cup score for the Palmichal roasted by George Howell Coffee in Boston. The coffee will then be placed in the deep freeze for at least six months when we will pull it from its slumber and have a guest judge come to cup the coffee blind and see how freezing may have affected the coffee.

The coffee was given to me during the Specialty Coffee Expo in Boston and was roasted on April 1, 2022. The cupping was held on April 19, 2022 and we're planning on revisiting the coffee in October 2022.
