This is an unfinished Cave Story mod that changes the gameplay so that you'll experience physical pain. It's only finished up to Egg Corridor, before meeting Sue. It also includes a secret level called "Murderous Cave", as well as remixed tracks, graphics, and sound effects.
Death count:
Normal gameplay: 28 (3 of which was intentional)
Murderous Cave: 60 (1 of which was intentional)
Total death count: 88, with 4 intentional deaths.
