Tava me e shijshme qe kam provuar!!Provojeni dhe do me kuptoni
Perbersit 🇦🇱↔️Ingredients ⤵️🇦🇺
300gr brokoli ↔️Zjerja 6 minuta
300gr lulelaker ↔️Zjerja 12 minuta
2 karrota ↔️Zjerja 15-18 minuta
3 vez mesatare
200gr kos 1 gotë te ujit (200ml )
200gr qumesht 1 gotë te ujit (200ml)
1.5 lug caj krip
piper
3 lug gjelle vaj ulliri
2 lule gjelle mjell
80gr djath feta ose sipas deshires
Masa e tepsise 20×30cm
1.5 vaj ulliri
80gr mjell misri ose 4 lugë gjelle plotë
hedhim perimet sperkasim me 1 lug gjelle vaj ulliri
Pjekim ne furre te parangrohur 220⁰ per afërsisht 40 minuta do e kujdesni dhe vet
Ingredients🇦🇺
300g of broccoli ↔️ Boiling for 6 minutes
300g of cauliflower ↔️ Boiling for 12 minutes
2 carrots ↔️ Boil for 15-18 minutes
3 medium eggs
200g yogurt 1 glass of water (200ml)
200g of milk, 1 glass of water (200ml)
1.5 teaspoons of salt
pepper
3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tbsp flour 40gr
80g of feta cheese or as desired
The size of the pan is 20×30 cm
1.5 olive oil
80g of corn flour or 4 full tablespoons
Bake in a preheated oven at 220⁰ for approximately 40 minutes, you will take care of it yourself
