Disclaimer:
The gel liner shown in this video is NOT MEANT to use IN your eyes, probably the only reason why I'm using a hair serum. If you use your gel liner to tightline or in your waterline, I'd suggest you to go for Inglot duraline or a lens solution instead.
Also, please do not apply this hack everytime the gel liner is dried. It will change the consistency of the liner overtime.
