Описание: FBR on 25 july 2022 issued clarification notification and increased advance tax 236k & gain tax 236C for filler & non filler on purchase and sale of property..vide this amendment in finance act advance tax for purchaser increased from 1% to 2% for the filler/ATL and for non filler increased from 2% to 7% while gain tax on seller for filler increased from 1% to 2% and non filler 2% to 4% irrespective of holding period of property by the seller he has to pay gain tax on every transaction..
