Traffic Racer is an endless racing game where enemies are spawning randomly and you as a player have only 3 lane road to move. With the help of swipe control the player and move it to left or right lane, make sure you make a decision before its too late.
The Traffic Racer series is packed with simple and amazing game logics. In this series, we will be creating LevelManager, UIManager, UI design, InputSystem, PlayerController, EnemyManager, EnemyController, SelectionPanel, random enemy spawning system, reshuffling of road prefabs and more.
UIDesign - We will be designing our game UI from scratch. You will get a better understanding of UI Anchors, rect transform and more.
UIManager - This will add logic to our UI. Activation, deactivation, score update, and all logic related to UI will be performed by our UIManager.
PlayerController- This script is responsible for player car behaviour. I detect swipe direction, enemy object and more. InputSystem- This script detects the swipe and decides the direction of the swipe. Selection Panel and PlayerController are dependent on InputSystem for their inputs.
LevelManager- All the objects you see in the game are created by LevelManager. Reusing of road gameobjects is handled by LevelManager.
EnemyManager- This script is responsible for Spawning, Activating and deactivating the enemies.
EnemyController- This script gives behaviour to the Enemy.
Selection Panel- This panel provides option to choose from as a player car vehicle.
