Churrasco MUKBANG | Wedding Food Station #2 | Steak, Chicken, Chorizo, Lamb, Brazilian Cheese Bread!

Описание: Today, we're feasting on Shane's favorite food station from our wedding... the Churrasco Station! 😋 If he could eat steak every day of his life, he prob would, guys, he prob would. lol So, today is a celebration of Shane, and all the meats that he loveth so...

We wanted to keep the items themselves more or less traditional, so we went with chorizo, chicken thighs, leg of lamb, and NY strip, which we actually had served sous vide and seared rather than grilled a la plancha.

Because I don't have a grill and wanted to recreate Churrasco, none of these meats are cooked traditionally today. Instead, I've just cooked them in my favorite ways -- The strip was seared and basted in butter + EVOO, same with the lamb (my first time with lamb chops) but I added some herb de provence. :) The chorizo was cooked in the air fryer, and the chicken was roasted with some lemon pepper seasoning, salt + EVOO (again, I know this isn't traditional, I just like it that way :)) I seared the bananas in butter on my cast iron skillet and then topped with cinnamon sugar (my fav) when they came off the heat.
