In this video we go over the Air Jordan 39:
Cushion features an absolutely fantastic setup with full-length Zoom Air plus Zoom X - while Zoom X does most of the work in giving you an excellent bounce along with a good amount of softness on feet. The translucent herringbone outsole performs really well even on dusty courts based on my experience, but frequent wipes are needed. From how soft the rubber feels in hand, I would not advise using this 200 dollar shoe outdoors. You can go true to size for a snug fit. Be aware of length being on the shorter side and a minor pinching problem around the top of the heel. Perhaps the biggest concern on the Jordan 39 is the lack of an extensive outrigger part to prevent your feet from rolling on a hard stop. Otherwise, this shoe packs a very powerful punch as a top-tier performer in my opinion.
