AI Wrote Me Love Letters (and I hate them)

Описание: I think I just received my first piece of AI-generated fan fiction, and I’m not sure whether to be flattered or deeply concerned.

It started with the subject line: “She’s starting to ask questions.”

The email was a story about a guy whose wife was getting suspicious of him laughing at my emails. It was weirdly detailed, describing him hiding his phone “like a sacred text.”

Then it took a turn. The AI started analyzing my writing style, trying to reverse-engineer how I turn mundane life events into content. It even pitched my own product back to me.

I could tell it was AI by the end of the first sentence. It had that uncanny valley feeling, like a zombie trying to pass for human. It was a perfect imitation, but it was completely soulless.

Gave me major “Stan” by Eminem vibes.

And it’s a perfect example of the problem with over-relying on AI. When everyone is using the same tools to sound “authentic,” they all end up sounding like the same creepy robot.

The lesson? In a world full of AI Frankensteins, the easiest way to stand out is to just be an actual person.
