Tune Ceviche with popcorn
Ingredients
Serves 4
For the Ceviche
300 gr sashimi-grade tuna
50 ml lime juice
50 ml lemon juice
25 ml orange juice
1 lime for zest
20 ml Olive oil
10 g fresh coriander
1 shallot
1 fresh red chilli
Salt
Salted Popcorn
Method
For the Ceviche
1. Slice the tuna into 1cm thick slices and place them in a tray.
2. Mix the citrus juices with olive oil, a pinch of salt and add this to the tuna slices.
3. Thinly slice the shallots and chilli, and marinate with the citrus juice mix.
To finish
1. Place the tuna slices on the plate.
2. Top with the marinated chilli and onion
