Creamy White Sauce Pasta (without cheese)

In a heavy bottom pan, melt 1 tbsp butter and add 1 tbsp flour. Let it cook until the raw smell goes off. Then add 250 ml milk. Keep adding gradually and whisk continuously. Let it come to a boil for a thick saucy consistency. Then add veggies of your choice and boiled pasta. Give it a quick mix and your creamy white sauce pasta is ready!
