From my comments cpufrequtils (to enable performance mode)
sudo apt install cpufrequtils
sudo cpufreq-set -g performance

Funny to see my video here. I used "cpufrequtils" () for the governor. Showed that in the first video set up of TwisterOS. I used it since I'm used to use it on other SBCs than Raspberry Pi.
