Session 4 ➜ 10:30 am - 11:20 am + 10 min break
Session 5 ➜ 11:30 am - 12:20 pm + 10 min break
Session 6 ➜ 12:30 pm - 1:20 pm + 10 min break

🏋🏻‍♂️Walking: every hour of work/study getting up and walking for a few minutes is a useful activity to keep high your energy and focus level during the session.
👀 Watching for 30 seconds at a distant point is good for your eyes.
⛔️ Don't use the smartphone during the break, rest your brain and your eyes.
