We are proud to announce that the 8th LuCE report “Financial Impact Of Lung Cancer: A European Perspective” was launched today at the European Parliament, Brussels.
🎯 As a call to action, we urge healthcare providers to actively assess financial distress and to advocate for authorities to implement programs that alleviate the economic strain related to healthcare expenses associated with the disease. Additionally, we recommend expanding income replacement initiatives for individuals unable to work due to the numerous side effects that accompany a lung cancer diagnosis.
