Overwatch: MASSIVE Barrier NERFS! - Reinhardt & Genji BUFFED!

Описание: What an outrageous patch! I'm emotionally flipped from the downpoint I was this morning expecting nothing from this PTR based on Jeff's comments at Blizzcon, but this patch is the opposite of what they said they wanted to do. This patch takes the SLEDGEHAMMER APPROACH to barriers in the game, knocking them all down in power which will make a MASSIVE change to the game overall where it'll be much harder to find safety, but with that all the barrier tanks Orisa Sigma and Reinhardt get durability and/or anti CC buffs. This should make the game play FAR more interactive, but then also punishing, as there won't be near infinite shields to protect you, you'll have to ACTUALLY play Overwatch (IMAGINE THAT). Few other odds and ends in anticipation of this massive core change, global armor nerf fully reverted, Dva DM somewhat reverted, Genji minor buff, Widow minor nerf in anticipation of the looming Widowpocolpse with little to stop her insta kill scope shots when barriers fall over immediately.
