Locals, tourists, and fishing‑harbor regulars shared the narrow walkway with quiet awareness, stopping at familiar ocean‑view and harbor‑entrance points. By late afternoon, the Fort Bragg coastal crowd thinned, leaving only the daily walkers who treat the jetty as part of their routine. The day closed calmly—no drama, no rush. Just the Noyo Harbor, the tide, and the work getting done. The Coast Guard helped out a vessel that had lost power. Just in a days work.
