It was always a dream of mine to travel around Iceland and in 2022, I finally made it happen with a 10 days road trip around the incredible Iceland Ring Road.

From waterfalls to glaciers to geothermal pools, it was one of the best road trips we made. We started from Reykjavík, drove around the Golden Circle, continued to the Southern Coast, ended up getting stuck in Hofn for 3 days due to strong wind (140km/hr speed at one point) and road closures, rushed our way through the east and north so that we could get to Reykjavík for our flight home in time. The trip was a whirlwind, both figuratively and literally.

After the trip, I went through all the footage from the trip (so so many) and compiled it into this little travel video, showing what it is like to travel around Iceland.

I've seen quite a few inspirational travel videos from Iceland before and I realized most of them consist of only aerial shots from drones. For my video, I wanted to change it up a little and show what it is actually like on the ground. I hope you will enjoy the video as much as I do making them! :)
