Xylon is expanding its product portfolio of computer vision IP cores for Advanced Driver Assistance (ADAS) with the new logiDROWSINE IP core that detects driver drowsiness and distraction based on facial movements monitored through a camera placed in a vehicle cabin.
This video clip demonstrates a demo driver drowsiness detector implemented on Xilinx® Zynq®-7000 All Programmable SoC based Xylon logiADAK development kit in different driving situations. Driver fatigue monitoring while wearing sunglasses and during the night driving is enabled with the measurement optical camera system developed by Xylon.
