Описание: A prophet may simply be defined as a spokesman. In the case of the prophets of Israel, they were spokesman from the LORD God with a divine message. A prophet mainly reminded people about the covenant stipulations, and warned them about impending judgement if they become “broken off branches.” They also prophesied about God’s future faithfulness.
