What does a whale sound like? A recent event at the Museum of Science in Boston allowed blind and low vision people to hear, through music, the movement of a whale through the ocean. As they ran their hands over tactile structures, a musician watched and played music to match a whale as it dove and foraged for food. The event marked Right Whale Day. Right whales are among the most endangered species in the world. The event was organized by Sound Explorations, a local nonprofit.
