Dummy Beef Curry:

Left over beef gravy - 2-3 Tbspn.
Potato - 2 medium sized.
Tomato - 1
Onion - 1
Ginger crushed - 1/2 Tbspn.
Garlic crushed - 1/2 Tbspn.
Green chilly - 1
Coriander powder - 1 Tbspn.
Turmeric powder - 1/4 Tsp.
Red chilly powder - 1/2 Tsp.
Black pepper powder - 1/2 Tsp.
Salt
Coriander leaves chopped.
To make tempering:
Coconut oil - 2 Tbspn.
Shallots chopped - 2 Tbspn.
Ottada:

Rice powder - 3/4 cup.
All purpose flour / maida - 1/2 cup.
Grated coconut - 1/2 cup.
Salt as needed.
Baking soad 1/4 tsp / 2 pinches.
Egg - 1 number.
