साहित्य | Ingredients
• शेंगदाणे २ कप | Peanuts 2 cups
• डेसिकेटेड कोकोनट १ कप | Dessicated Coconut 1 Cup
• मिल्क पावडर १/२ कप | Milk Powder ½ cup
• साजूक तूप १/२ कप | Ghee ½ cup
• बारीक चिरलेला गूळ दीड कप | Chopped Jaggery 1.5 Cup
• वेलची पावडर १/४ टीस्पून | Cardamom pw ¼ tsp
• बदामाचे पातळ काप थोडे | Sliced Almonds
• पिस्त्याचे पातळ काप थोडे | Sliced Pistachios
• गुलाबपाकळ्या सजावटीसाठी | Rose petals

How to make Peanut Barfi Recipe | Shengdana Barfi Recipe -
• Roast the peanuts on low flame, take them out & allow them to cool down completely
• Then peel off the roasted peanuts completely to get nice whitish color to the barfi
• Then grind the peanuts on pulse mode to get fine powder (make sure not to grind continuously to avoid release of oil from the peanuts)
• Once done take the peanuts powder to a mixing bowl, to this add desiccated coconut, milk powder & mix everything well
• heat up ghee into a heavy bottom kadai, add chopped jaggery & stir continuously & cook on low flame until jaggery dissolves completely, it will take 1-2 mins
• Once jaggery dissolves completely, turn the flame off, add peanuts mixture & mix it well.
• Once done, put a butter paper into a tray or plate or grease the plate with some ghee, pour this mixture into the plate & set the barfi as shown in the video
• garnish with chopped almonds & pistachios slices & let it sit for 30 mins
• cut the barfi to desire size, allow it to cool down completely & then take them out
• You can garnish the barfi with silver warkh or dried rose petals.
• Out vrat special recipe or navratr special peanut barfi is ready
