Easy Homemade Apple Jelly with only 2 ingredients, less sugar and no pectin necessary! Water bath canning method and sets perfectly every time! Come along with me as I make a batch of fresh wild apple jelly that has the perfect set to spread on toast, biscuits or fresh bread!
Apple Jelly
10 cups of pure apple juice pressed from fresh apples (not bottled juice from the grocery store...fresh apples contain pectin which is required to set your jelly). I used approx. 18-20 pounds of apples, cut in half, stems and blossom ends removed.
6 cups granulated sugar
*makes about 9 half pint jars.
