Ingredients:
Spicy Mango Dip:
3 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tsp Dried Ground Chili Pepper
1 Tbsp Roasted Rice Powder
3 Tbsp Fish Sauce
1/4 Shallot, Chopped (optional)
1 Thai Chili Pepper, chopped (optional)
Salt and Chili Pepper Dip:
1 Tbsp Dried Ground Chili Pepper
1 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Roasted Rice Powder
**Taste and adjust as needed
Options to enjoy these dips with:
Green Mango
Crab Apples
or any sour fruit you like!
Spicy Mango Dip Directions:
In a bowl mix all your dry ingredients
Add your fish sauce
Slice up the chili pepper and shallot (optional) and add them to the bowl
Mix well and enjoy!
Salt and Chili Pepper Dip Directions:
Place the 4 dry ingredients into a bowl together
Mix well and serve with your choice of sour fruit =)
